- If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after the carrier made the attempts, the customer will be 100% responsible for all return or reship costs.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier for more info or to file a claim. The customer is 100% responsible for contacting the carrier once the order has been shipped.
- Please double check your address before completing your order as we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an incorrect address. If you entered your address incorrectly, please email us within 30 minutes to change it.
- Once your order has been shipped, we have absolutely NO control over any courier delays or transit disruptions. Please only contact the courier for any information regarding your package.
INTERNATIONAL ADDITIONAL FEES/DUTIES/TAXES
- You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These are ALL calculated at checkout. You will not have to pay ANY fees upon delivery.
