• All international orders over $179.00 will receive free shipping.
• All domestic orders over $119.00 will receive free shipping.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order - this does not include shipping time. Shipping time applies after your order is processed. 
• Regular business days do not include holidays. 

TRACKING:

• An email will be sent once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive the email and it is not in your junk/spam, please email INFO@AVALTHEBRAND.COM

PLEASE NOTE:

• If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after the carrier made the attempts, the customer will be 100% responsible for all return or reship costs.
• We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier for more info or to file a claim. The customer is 100% responsible for contacting the carrier once the order has been shipped. 
• Please double check your address before completing your order as we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an incorrect address. If you entered your address incorrectly, please email us within 30 minutes to change it. 
• Once your order has been shipped, we have absolutely NO control over any courier delays or transit disruptions. Please only contact the courier for any information regarding your package. 

INTERNATIONAL ADDITIONAL FEES/DUTIES/TAXES

• You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These are ALL calculated at checkout. You will not have to pay ANY fees upon delivery. 
• If you are not able to checkout as an international customer - please contact us.
• All international orders are shipped using DHL express. 

SALE ITEMS/COUPON CODES:

• If an item goes on sale, we do not honor refunds or price adjustments. 
• Items may look different in color on your computer screen/phone than in real life. 
• SALE items are not eligible for any type of return or exchange.
• If a coupon code is not applied at check out, we are not able to add it or refund for it once the order is placed. If you are having issues with a code, please email us BEFORE placing your order.
• All items that are not full priced, and are on sale or promotion, or a coupon is applied, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
