Exchanges are welcome ONLY on full-priced items. Sale items CANNOT be exchanged. We recommend referring to the size guide or emailing in for a size match before ordering to ensure that you get the right fit for you.
Products MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and sanitary lining in tact or else we will not be able to accept the exchange. Please wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
To start the exchange process, please email customer service with your full name, order number, and the product/size you wish to exchange for.
Domestic Orders: Exchanges accepted within 15 days of shipping date.
International Orders: Exchanges accepted within 30 days of shipping date.
All exchange shipping and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact customer service with your full name and order number so we can quickly resolve the issue!
