Shipping policy

Shipping: 

• All international orders over $179.00 will receive free shipping.
• All domestic orders over $119.00 will receive free shipping.
• Any orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.
• Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM EST will be shipped on Monday (providing Monday is not a Holiday). Weekends are not counted as business days. 
• You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is scanned by the carrier. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail if you do not get it.
• If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after the carrier made the attempts, the customer will be responsible for all return or reship costs.
• We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. 
• Please double check your address before completing your order as we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an incorrect address. If you entered your address incorrectly, please email us within 30 minutes to change it. 
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Aval has no control over what duties and taxes your country will collect. The customer is responsible to pay these fees. 
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DELIVERY TIME: Once we ship out your order, we have no control over how long the shipping process takes. Please contact the carrier directly for all shipping updates/concerns. 

Orders: 

• Once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it or make any adjustments aside from your address which can be changed by emailing us within 30 minutes of placing your order. 
• If an item goes on sale, we do not honor refunds or price adjustments. 
• Items may look different in color on your computer screen or phone.
• FINAL SALE items are no eligible for any type of return or exchange.
• If a coupon code is not applied at check out, we are not able to add it or refund for it once the order is placed. If you are having issues with a code, please email us BEFORE placing your order.
• All items that are not full priced, and are on sale or promotion, or a coupon is applied, are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
